Odoo Functional Consultant

We are a growing software solutions provider dedicated to delivering tailored ERP solutions to our clients. As we expand our Odoo team, we’re looking for a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to help us drive successful ERP implementations and enhance our client’s business processes.

The Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementations of Odoo ERP for our clients, understanding their requirements, configuring modules, and providing training and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and proficiency in Odoo.

Responsibility

• Analyze client business requirement and map them to Odoo functionalities
• Configuring Odoo modules to meet business requirements, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and CRM
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo
• Collaborate with the development team to define customizations and enhancements
• Develop and document business process flows, training materials, and user guides
• Support clients during testing and Go-Live phases to ensure successful deployments
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve functional queries, and perform ongoing support

Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information technology or related field
• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role, with hands-on experience in Odoo implementations
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in accounting, inventory, sales, and CRM
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into actionable specifications, and configure Odoo accordingly
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Experience with SQL and Odoo Studio is a plus

Nice to Have

• Odoo certification or similar qualifications is advantageous
• Knowledge of lead generation
• Knowledge of Python and Module development
