Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Our team is passionate about technology, innovation, and excellence, and we are looking for a talented Software QA Engineer to join our growing team.

Responsibility

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and automated testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and trends.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software QA or Testing.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for automation scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Performance testing experience with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
